Cancellation Policy

QuickGo reserves the right to cancel any services/service orders without any explanation for doing so under situations where the Company is not able to meet the requirements of the service order placed, the order does not comply with the policy of the Company, the service order has an invalid address/incorrect information, or for any other reason.

If any of your actions may cause legal liability for the company or any of its associates, QuickGo reserves the right to cancel the order.

However, the Company will ensure that any communication regarding the cancellation of an order is intimated within an appropriate time to the concerned persons.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment.

Cancellation Refund:

• If a cancellation request is made before the order is shipped, a full refund will be issued.
• If the order has already been shipped, no refund will be provided.

No Refund Conditions:

• If the product has been delivered to the recipient, no refund will be issued.
• If the product is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address, recipient not available, or any other reason, no refund will be issued. However, RTO charges will apply and will be deducted from the original payment.

Mode of Refund:

Refunds will be issued to the original source of payment. The user/recipient must provide necessary KYC documents to process the refund.

QuickGo reserves the right to deny any refund request if the source of the refund request is different from the original source/mode of payment.
